CHELSEA BARDOT LEWIS

Chelsea Bardot Lewis is our Chief Operating Officer. Since childhood she has had a close relationship with her aunt who is a person in long term recovery and a minister, which shaped a deeply held belief that second chances work. She is inspired by the values of the recovery community, and works to incorporate them into the culture of Working Fields. Lewis joins the company from the Vermont Community Foundation, where she advanced the Foundation’s mission investments and economic development grantmaking. She represented the Foundation on the Boards of the High Meadows Fund and High Mowing Seeds, and served on the Working Fields’ Advisory Board since its inception. Previously, she led the Business Development section at the Vermont Agency of Agriculture. Throughout her career she has been energized by supporting the growth of social enterprises. She lives in Waterbury with her partner Nate and two spirited kiddos, Jack and Will.
